More Yoga

Yoga again.

At the start when we sat down, closing our eyes and speaking the mantra, I almost blacked out.

Not feeling faint, not feeling weak. It just felt as though, for no more than a couple of seconds, I was on the verge of going somewhere else.

As we got in motion, went from one pose to the other, I was quickly brought back. My body is still weak, and stiff, and clumsy. It needs work. A lot of work. But even though my feet were cramping and my muscles were trembling from tension, my mind was in a good place. Sweat-drenched meditation.

It hurts. But I love it.
